What You'll Do

As a Shift Leader, you'll help create a great experience for both your team and our guests.

• Lead shifts and keep the team organized when things get busy.

• Work alongside Crew Members to prepare food and serve guests.

• Coach teammates and help new employees learn the ropes.

• Maintain food quality, safety, cleanliness, and service standards.

• Handle guest concerns and communicate with restaurant management.

• Help open and close the restaurant.

What Makes a Great Shift Leader?

We're looking for someone who:

• Leads by example and treats people with respect.

• Stays calm and makes good decisions under pressure.

• Takes ownership and follows through.

• Enjoys coaching others and building a strong team.

• Brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

You must be at least 18 years old and available to work a restaurant leadership schedule. Previous restaurant experience is helpful, but your attitude, dependability, and leadership potential matter too.
