Maintenance Technician – Keep Our Restaurants Running

If you’re the kind of person who can’t walk past something broken without fixing it… we should talk.

We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to help keep our restaurants running smoothly across multiple locations. This role is based out of Omaha, Nebraska and involves travel to support stores as needed.

You’ll be the go-to person for fixing, troubleshooting, and keeping things in working order - from a leaky sink to a door that won’t close right.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Handle general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
• Troubleshoot and fix issues quickly so our restaurants stay up and running
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks before problems happen
• Travel to different locations to support maintenance needs
• Keep your tools, workspace, and projects organized
• Communicate what’s going on - what’s fixed, what’s needed, and what’s next
• Follow safety standards and take pride in your work

What We’re Looking For
• Someone who can work independently and figure things out
• Comfortable handling a variety of repairs (no two days look the same)
• Willing to travel between locations as needed
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR check
• Previous maintenance, handyman, or similar experience preferred

Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1–3 years of maintenance or hands-on experience preferred

Physical Requirements
• Standing, walking, bending, and climbing throughout the day

• Exposure to kitchen equipment, varying temperatures, and outdoor conditions
• Regular travel between locations

Schedule
This role typically works standard business hours but requires flexibility depending on maintenance needs. Occasional evenings or weekends may be needed.
