Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at PepperJax Grill in Topeka. The Assistant Manager will support the General Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, providing excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in the restaurant industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staffing, customer service, and inventory management
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
- Monitor and control costs to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
