**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Crew Member to join our team at PepperJax Grill in Lawrence. The Crew Member will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food orders, maintaining a clean work environment, and assisting with other tasks as needed.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
