**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a dedicated Shift Manager to oversee operations during designated shifts at PepperJax Grill in Lawrence. The Shift Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a high level of quality and cleanliness.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and lead a team of employees during assigned shifts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
- Train and coach staff on company policies and procedures.
- Oversee food preparation and ensure quality standards are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Enforce safety and security protocols.
- Collaborate with management to make improvements in operations.

**Work Schedule:**
This is a full-time position with shift work required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
