Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to oversee the operations at PepperJax Grill in Antioch. The Shift Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees during designated shifts
- Ensure all food safety procedures are followed by staff
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating staff performance
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve restaurant goals and targets
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
