**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a dedicated Crew Member to join our team at PepperJax Grill in Topeka. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food orders, maintaining a clean work environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers and take their orders with a friendly attitude
- Prepare and assemble food orders according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Ensure food safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assist with opening and closing tasks as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, and stoop

**Schedule:**
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
