**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Belton. The Assistant Manager will support the day-to-day operations of the business, assist in managing staff, and ensure that the store meets and exceeds sales goals.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational training preferred
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist the Store Manager in daily operational tasks
- Supervise and train staff members
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Collaborate with the management team to meet sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
