Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operations and management of the team. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting with employee scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure they meet company standards.
2. Help in managing and motivating staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
3. Support in recruiting, training, and developing team members.
4. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
5. Help in resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Collaborate with the Manager to create and implement strategies to improve overall performance.
7. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
8. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work well in a team environment.
4. Good organizational and time-management skills.
5. Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team.
6. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
8. Knowledge of inventory management systems is preferred.
