Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to support the operations of the business. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, experience in managing a team, and a passion for customer service.

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years experience in a management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- Knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting

Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and productivity of the business
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support when needed
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
- Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and quality products
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
